Hope Mohr Dance has quickly gained recognition as one of the leading new modern dance companies in the Bay Area, known for its collaborations with a wide range of prominent artists, and its risk-taking, rigorously crafted, and emotionally resonant performances.  The company’s fourth season features the premiere of Mohr’s The Unsayable a performance project bringing together war veterans and professional dancers in conversation to explore personal stories through movement and text.  The program also features she dreams in code choreographed and performed by Liz Gerring Dance Co.  Gerring was named one of the top choreographers of 2010 by the New York Times.
