Funsch Dance Experience is presenting Funsch Solos: One on One, at Z Space at Theater Artaud March 8-11, 2012. One On One features six new and 10 repertory works created by Christy Funsch and set on a stunning array of Bay Area performers. The concert is comprised of two separate programs. The first act of each program features one-on-one viewings of the nine solos; these “peep show” viewings take place in curtained rooms. Funsch Solos is supported by Dancers' Group and the MetLife Foundation's New Stages for Dance Initiative, the Zellerbach Family Foundation and the Wiliam and Flora Hewlett Foundation.
