TICKETING POLICIES

Purchase In Advance
Performances at Z Space frequently sell out, so we recommend that our patrons purchase their tickets in advance. We can occasionally release seats for sale if a show is pre-sold out, however, we cannot guarantee this. All shows at Z Space use the ticketing solution Ovation Tix, and ticket for all shows can be accessed via the appropriate show page on our website.

All Z Space tickets are held at will call and must be claimed at the box office prior to the performance..  
  
Purchasing at the Door during a show:
Tickets can be purchased at the door, subject to availability. Our box office opens one hour before the show.

Purchasing at our Offices During Business Hours:
If you drop by our offices at 450 Florida St between 10 AM and 5 PM Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), we will be happy to process your ticket purchase for you, as long as one of us isn't indisposed at the moment. Please ask for Andrew Burmester in Marketing or Abigail Pañares in Development. You can call 415.626.0453 x104 to check our availability.

Purchasing by Phone:
We encourage our patrons to buy online whenever possible. If you wish to purchase tickets by phone, however, please call Z Space's Box Office at415.626.0453 x104. This number is monitored frequently during business hours, please leave a message if we don't immediately answer.

Exchanging Tickets / Refunds:
Tickets cannot be refunded. Exchanging tickets is possible but not guaranteed. To exchange tickets to a Z Space production, please call 415.659.8136 at least 24 hours prior to performance time.  

Third Party Vendors
If you've booked your ticket through a third party vendor such as TodayTix, Goldstar, or On The List please note that your seat will be assigned upon arrival at the theater. Furthermore, if there is an issue with your purchase, please contact the vendor directly. If you have an ADA concern, please call our Box Office at (415.626.0453 x104).

Accessibility
Z Space is fully accessible to persons in wheelchairs. If you or a member of your party is unable to ascend stairs due to a disability or wheelchair, please contact the Box Office at (415.626.0453 x104) after purchasing your ticket. Z Space is happy to accommodate you and will seat you and up to three attendants in a special section of the front row. To ensure a minimum of effort on the day of the performance, we strongly recommend that disabled patrons call the Box Office at least a day in advance and leave information regarding when they will attend the performance and how many seats they will require.

Group Rates
Special group and student prices may be available depending on the show.  Please read all pertinent show information.

Seating
Whether a show is general admission or has assigned seating at Z Space or Z Below is dependent on the individual show and will be indicated when purchasing tickets. As all tickets are held at Will Call and most performances offer general seating, we recommend that patrons arrive approximately a half hour prior to curtain. Because Z Space hosts performances of all shapes and sizes, this recommendation may vary from show to show. Late seating is available for most performances. However, this policy may differ from show to show. General Z Space policy is to make every effort to seat late patrons without disturbing patrons who arrived on time. Late patrons will be seated by the house manager.
