3Girls Theatre presents:
April 6 - 28 in Z Below
A fast-paced, darkly comic whodunnit for our #MeToo moment.
Written by AJ Baker | Directed by Louis Parnell | A World Premiere
When an anonymous whistleblower threatens to go viral, visionary CEO Andrea Powell has just one day to save her company—and herself—from a public relations disaster that promises to destroy them both. But as the accusations morph from corporate espionage into sexual harassment, Andy and her team suddenly find themselves in a tense, high-stakes duel against an unexpected opponent.
3GT brings you a unique perspective on our nation’s conversation about sexual politics and power in the workplace. < BACK
Disruption was first presented as a staged reading in our 2016-2017 Salon Reading Series, 3GT’s core development program for resident playwrights. It was selected from the plays read in the series as one of two Festival Finalists, and received 2 more readings at the 2017 Annual New Works Festival. The play was chosen as the winner of the 2017 Festival Prize, and was awarded a development lab to take it to the next step. 3Girls Theatre Company is proud to present the world premiere production of Disruption to San Francisco audiences at Z Below.
