Planned Giving

Supporting Z Space through a planned gift is an extraordinary way to leave a lasting legacy while supporting the arts and the community in a meaningful way. Here's why it's a fantastic choice:

  • Impactful Contribution: Your planned gift ensures Z Space's continued growth and impact. It supports innovative artistic endeavors, empowers emerging artists, and enriches the cultural fabric of our community for years to come.

  • Securing Z Space's Future: By including Z Space in your estate plans or through other planned giving mechanisms, you're guaranteeing the organization's long-term sustainability. Your support directly fuels Z Space's ability to thrive and adapt, ensuring it remains a vibrant hub for artistic expression.

  • Recognition and Appreciation: Planned giving donors are recognized for their foresight and long-lasting commitment. Your generosity will be celebrated, acknowledging the enduring impact of your support.

  • Legacy of Support: Your planned gift is a legacy—a testament to your values and commitment to the arts. It's an opportunity to ensure that future generations benefit from the transformative power of art and creativity.

How do I include Z Space in my will or living trust?

The most common way people remember Z Space in a will or living trust is with a charitable bequest. You do not have to rewrite your current documents. You simply add an amendment, called a codicil, to your will or living trust. Here is some suggested language you can ask your attorney to review:

"I give and bequeath to The Z Space Studio, Tax Identification Number 94-3177230, located in San Francisco, California, $_________" (or state a percentage of your estate, or describe real or personal property, including exact location).

Your bequest is entirely under your control during your lifetime and becomes irrevocable only upon death.
